I am here to get to know you and what you’re looking for in a painting. Then you get to sit back, relax, and trust that I will do the best I can to create something special just for you.

My commission process is collaborative to an extent. I approach each painting as a blend of my creative practice and your story. Together we will gather inspiration from various works, colors, and compositions. I will then create a custom color palette and sketches for you based on our conversations. Once approved, I will begin creating your painting. Ultimately, once we choose a direction together, you can rest easy knowing that I will take care of the rest.*

* In the event that you are not happy with the commissioned artwork, you do not have to pay the remaining balance. In that case, I will retain the refused artwork and non-refundable deposit.

COMMISION PROCESS:

Once I receive your commission request, I will email you my availability and set up a zoom consultation. If you decide to proceed I will send a Commission Agreement with our agreed upon expectations. I have a 50/50 payment structure - requiring you to pay a 50% non-refundable* deposit and the remainder once the artwork is complete.

*The deposit is non-refundable, but if you are not satisfied and want to refuse the painting I will accept the deposit as payment towards any other available artwork.

Turnaround time is roughly 8-12 weeks, depending on the number of commissions, projects, the size and complexity of the work, framing options and shipping. Please note that oil paintings take a few weeks to dry before shipping.

Images will be sent when I feel the painting is complete.

  • What payment methods do you accept? Zelle, Paypal

  • Do you have a payment plan? I offer interest-free payment plans upon request.

  • How do you ship? I typically ship via UPS for paintings up to 36x48”. Larger paintings ship freight or need to be crated unless they are sent rolled.

  • How much is shipping? This depends on your location and size of the painting. The average cost begins at $75 for domestic shipping. Shipping costs for paintings larger than 30x30 typically begin at $150
